The challenge

Visa's Great British High Street campaign is a celebration of the fantastic people that live, work & play in our towns & cities across the country. Visa needed to generate pledges of support for the campaign from politicians before the Great British High Street Awards ceremony at the end of the year.

The solution

Working alongside Visa's public affairs agency Portland, our support for the campaign stretched across multiple events. We delivered:

• A parliamentary launch event in the House of Commons
• Interactive exhibition stands at the Labour and Conservative Party Autumn Conferences
• Two private dinners with MPs and key policy influencers 

We offered end-to-end support:

• Liaising with venues and organisers throughout the entire campaign
• Designing the exhibition stands and working with the exhibition organiser on logistics
• Marketing each event using digital marketing solutions
• Organising the logistics of every event including deliveries
• Producing branded materials and give-aways
• Setting up each event, including overseeing the build up of the exhibition stands
• Logistical briefings for all events
• Management of the events on-site
