Unite to Reform

The challenge 

Unite to Remain (now Unite to Reform) needed end-to-end event management support for the national media launch of their campaign ahead of the 2019 general election. The event was to be broadcast live on all major news channels such as BBC News and Sky News.

The solution

With only five days to plan, we consulted with the campaign team on the appropriate budget and location for their press conference. When the foundations were laid, we got to work:

• Venue research, selection and contract negotiation
• Organising AV and catering
• Ensuring appropriate tech infrastructure for live broadcast with multiple camera operators
• Producing branded materials, press releases and event signage
• Producing logistical briefings for speakers and media attendees
• Managing the budget 
• Event management on-the-day
