All of us together: HDR UK Alliance Symposium

Health Data Research UK needed to deliver their flagship annual event in a virtual format, for 500 attendees. The client's agenda had over 50 speakers and 14 parallel sessions. 

Working as the client's integrated events team, we worked full-time to:

• Develop a detailed project plan and run-of-show to ensure the event ran smoothly through planning to execution
• Create and implement a promotional plan to achieve the target number of attendees
• Create an engagement plan for speakers and stakeholders to build interest and encourage online conversation pre-event
• Scheduled and developed briefings and rehearsals for 53 speakers 
• Design and distribute a fully-functional interactive agenda, where the attendees could follow the schedule and join the sessions of their choice
• Run the event on-the-day as a seamless operational team
